Your refund will be issued back to the original payment method. As your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded.

Please note that refunds can take up to 30 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Your shipping costs will be excluded unless the item is faulty. We will only refund from the moment that we have received the work back in our warehouse.

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.

We ship to your destination on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched.

Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing an number to track its progress online.

We accept iDeal, Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro cards.

Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch.
